FTW in the British Virgin Islands

This February, Fly The Whale became the first amphibious seaplane operator to land in the waters of the North Sound in Virgin Gorda. We are thrilled to introduce new routes from San Juan, St. Thomas and Antigua directly to the BVI. Whale Force One is enjoying its time in paradise too! These are some "behind the scenes" photos from our shoot on the water. Special thanks to all of our North Sound friends who made this such an excellent day...and captured it on film!!

FTW moved south for the winter!!! We packed up the seaplane and repositioned it to southern Florida, where we will be running back and forth from Fort Lauderdale and Miami to Abaco, Bimini, and other Bahamian Islands. Above are some pictures of our voyage south and of our new home base.

On Saturday, October 16, two Fly The Whale teams (Team Land and Team Sea), scored big at the Notre Dame Club of New York's Manhattan Bookstore Basketball Tournament. The two teams did an outstanding job, enjoyed the fresh fall air and, most importantly, raised thousands of dollars for the Ara Parseghian Medical Research Foundation. Hats off to Team FTW players Neal Schwartz, Brian Malkerson, Scott Burns, Peter Honig, James Sallada, Eric Hayduk, Matthew Fratto and Royal Weaver!!!
